Each soft capsule contains

Concentrated fish Omega-3 Triglycerides 1500 mg, equivalent to EPA 270 mg and DHA 180 mg; Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol 5 micrograms) 200 IU. Fish gelatin (vanillin), natural lemon flavour and lime flavour.

Directions for use

Adults: Take 1 soft capsule twice daily, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Children under 12 years: Take 1 soft capsule once daily. Open the capsule and squeeze the contents into milk, juice or cereal, or use as recommended by a healthcare professional. Use under parental supervision.
